Will my child be eligible to attend the local primary school if he/she attends Tuart Hill Community Kindergarten?
Yes. Your child can join us at Tuart Hill Community Kindergarten and still attend their local primary school the following year. If you live within the catchment area of your local primary school, you will be given the same opportunity to enrol as any other child that lives in the area.
How old does my child need to be to attend?
Children need to be four years of age by the 30th of June in the year they attend kindy.
What are the fees to attend?
Voluntary contributions are set at $60 for the school year.
Are the teachers qualified?
Absolutely! Our teachers are employed by the Department of Education and have the same qualifications as all kindergarten teachers in Western Australia.
Can I have a look at the kindy before I apply?
Yes, we’d love you to come and have a look at our kindy.
